Welcome to Al-Tamayuz Plus, an online store owned by Areej Abdullah Al-Maliki Trading Establishment.
This agreement aims to regulate the use of the website and clarify the rights and obligations between the store and its customers.
Your use of the website or completion of a purchase constitutes your explicit acceptance of this agreement.
Article 1 – Definitions and Scope of Application
Store: Al-Tamayuz Plus, an online store owned by Areej Abdullah Al-Maliki Trading Establishment.
Customer: Anyone who uses the website or makes a purchase through it.
Products: Includes physical skateboards and skate shoes, shipped to the customer via approved shipping companies.
Agreement: These terms govern the relationship between the store and the customer.
This agreement applies to all uses of the website and complements the shipping, return, and privacy policies.
Article 2 – Legal Capacity
The customer confirms that they are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to make purchases.
They are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Article 3 – Nature of Products
The store provides physical products that are shipped to the customer's address.
The specifications of each product are clearly displayed on the product page and serve as the basis for the purchase decision.
Article Four – Store Obligations
Providing accurate and clear product information. Updating information as needed to ensure its accuracy. Adhering to the protection of customer data in accordance with applicable regulations in the Kingdom.
Article Five – Customer Obligations
Using the website responsibly. Reviewing product details before purchase. Completing an order constitutes acceptance of the product specifications and store policies.
Article Six – Accounts and User Data
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and for the accuracy of the information entered.
The store assumes no responsibility for any unauthorized use of the account.
Article Seven – Prices and Costs
All prices displayed in the store are in Saudi Riyals.
The advertised prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with no hidden additional charges.
The store reserves the right to modify prices, but this modification does not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. Article 8 – Payment System:
The store provides secure and approved electronic payment methods (such as Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer) to ensure the protection of your financial data.
An electronic invoice is issued for each completed order and sent to the customer's registered email address.
The store does not store customer credit card data. Payments are processed through encrypted and secure intermediary payment gateways.
Article 9 – Shipping and Delivery
Order processing within 1 to 2 business days.
Expected delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.
Total delivery time: 2 to 5 business days (including processing and shipping).
A tracking number will be provided to the customer after shipment.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct address.
Delivery begins after the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.
Article 10 – Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. After shipment, the store's approved return, exchange, and refund policy applies.
Article Eleven – Returns and Exchanges
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
Returns are free of charge if the product is damaged, does not match the order, has a manufacturing defect, or is missing components.
However, if the reason for the return is the customer's own choice and there is no defect, the return may be accepted, but the customer will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
Returns do not include products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or customized products.
Return Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition.
All accessories and packaging must be returned.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs if the reason for the return is not a product defect.
Article Twelve – Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, according to the warranty period specified for each product.
It does not cover damage resulting from improper use.
Article Thirteen – Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of the store and may not be used or republished without prior permission.
Article Fourteen – Suspension or Termination of Use
The store reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in the event of a violation of this agreement or applicable regulations.
Article Fifteen – Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
